You can do our 21- Day Health Reset anytime you like. But, if you prefer to do this with support and accountability, then join our next group. There are 2 parts to the reset. The first part is the 7 Day Healthy Cleanse and then you choose from one of the two programs below.
1st Monday of the Month - We will kickoff with a 7 Day Gut Reset. It's important to clean up our gut and our habits so we can put our exceptional nutrition in a clean body for maximum results. During this 7 Days, you will be able to eat unlimited fruits and veggies and you will take our cleansing supplements. This phase is optional.
The Rest of the Month - During Phase 2 of our Reset, you will choose one of the programs listed below based on your goals and needs. We can also customize a program for you. Both of these are lifestyle programs. We encourage you to continue beyond the 21 days. Includes: suggested meals, recipe guides, pantry list, and food journal.

Here's a 'Sample' Day:
Breakfast: Life Shake with Frozen Berries
Lunch: Grilled Chicken on a bed of brown rice and steamed veggies with olive oil drizzle
Snack: carrots and hummus. Optional, add a hard boiled egg if hungry.
Dinner: Balanced dinner consisting of a grain-free carb, protein, veggies, and healthy fat.
Post Dinner: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup frozen berries
This plan is for those who have a weight-loss goal AND need something really easy to follow! We will provide you what you need for breakfast, lunch, and most snacks for 14 days. Dinner is on you but you'll get an awesome, EASY, recipe book you can use! This program will give you an incredible and easy jump-start on your weight-loss goals. It's recommended to move to the Prove it Challenge after completing this program.

I do have some pretty wonderful victories. I’m no longer craving sugar. My sugar craving were pretty crazy at night. Instead, now I want a piece of fruit. I have more energy. I don’t need caffeine (but I do enjoy my one cup of joe). My kids ate more veggies this past week (parenting win). I’m not as bloated, and I’m down 5 lbs. I’ll be continuing with the alfalfa (running joints thanked me), but I’ll be happy to add back my protein. While it was a challenge at times, I’ll be doing it again as soon as I can! Additionally, I found a few items on my shopping list to keep the veggies coming. Here’s to Healthy Choices! Jenn M
I’m almost having a bit of a bitter sweet day. I have really enjoyed getting reintroduced to fruits and vegetables, I am floored at the amount of energy I continued to have during the cleanse, it wasn’t hard at all and I am ecstatic in the transformation of my body in just one week.

I feel way less bloated. I have amazing natural energy without needing coffee in the morning to get my day started. I still worked out 4 days during it and didn’t get frustrated when I didn’t finish all the workouts. I knew my body was detoxing and my energy was lower. I celebrated the fact that I kept showing up with no excuses. I coached others through it who also had amazing results. I made majority of my meals and never felt like I was “starving”. I made sure to graze every 2 hours and only have healthy options easily available to me.

I have so much energy, no longer drink coffee ( I do the Shaklee Green Tea occasionally) and am so happy with the results I’m seeing this is a change I plan on continuing long after the challenge is over!

I am feeling a lot better, less irritable. Sleeping is some better. I wake up a lot easier feeling like I rested, not exhausted from tossing and turning all night. I didn't measure but my clothes feel a lot better, not near as tight in the waist. And, I've lost 2 pounds.
